We had 5 Pax for this mornings workout. It was a little chilly with no wind. The flag was planted and we went straight to work.

Warm ups 15 per all IC

The Thang

Set of BOMBS. Pax partnered up. All exercises were cumulative. Partner does exercise while the other partner runs around mailboxes to BB courts back to parking lot.

50 Burpees

100 Merkins

150 Lunges with weights

200 Squats with weights

250 Overhead presses with weights

300 Curls with weights

Back to BB courts for Bruce Lee’s total of 3 sets

20 Flutter Kicks per leg

20 Leg raises

20 American hammers per side

20 Dying cockroaches per leg

20 LBC

20 Freddy Mercury per leg

We have a February challenge. Its Bruce Lee. Minimum 3 sets up to 7 sets per day. Point system as follows. 1 point for every set that is completed. Honor system.  The above exercises will be used. Good luck and train hard. 6 packs are coming!!!!
