The humidity continues to rise on these gloomy mornings each beat down as we move closer to Summer. The effects of the long Memorial Day weekend were visible with only 4 PAX posting, all very eager to work off the extra food and adult beverages from grilling out over the weekend. Most importantly, thanks to the service men and women that have made the ultimate sacrifices to allow us all the freedoms we have and the ability to enjoy these beat downs 3 times a week.

Partner Up and complete Sets of the following:

One partner complete exercises while the others runs to 3rd light pole and back:

200 Merkins
200 Squats
200 Mountain Climbers
150 Big Boy Sit-ups
(We called an audible to get our reps in with MCs and BBSUs)

Mosey back to LLR Blvd
Howling Monkeys x 2 sets each
Mosey back to b-ball courts

At mailboxes:
30 dips
30 Irkins

10 Burpees each to finish up

Continued prayers for Haka, his sister-in-law and the family as they continue to fight through this very challenging time. We are all here to support with whatever you need.

PAX looking forward to our Go-Ruck event this Friday at Clearwater Beach. This will be the ultimate test of physical and mental endurance.
