7 PAX posted for today’s beatdown, weekend edition. 2 PAX did their ruck thang before the beatdown (@dba and @apnea). Nicely done gentlemen.

Few PAX are DR on business and pleasure. @grouper did his mini beatdown down in ATL, also nicely done. Today YHC wanted to take a stroll over to the newly built subdivision roadways, and put some distance with the mosey today.

Flag was planted and men went straight to work.

Mosey to Roundabout.

  • SSH x15 IC

Mosey towards Sunlake Blvd. Make a left.

Mosey.

  • Burp & Merk
    • 1 burpee 1 merkin, 1 burpee 2 merkins… (1>5 then go back to start 5>1)

  • Broad Jumps about 30 yards
  • 4 x 4s (4 Merkins, 4 Imp Walkers = 1 rep) x10 reps

Mosey, every other post sprint then back to mosey until we hit the next street entrance.

  • Aiken Legs (YHC had to audible and put it down to 10 after starting with 20’s, time was not on his side)

At this point, we are about to be in OT. Hurry time with Indian Run to BB courts.

Total Distance: 2.9 mil (may have been 3 as YHC started his watch a bit late).

COT

  • Prayers all around for all other PAX currently going through any other issues.

Moleskin

  • YHC had more planned, but ended up going with some audibles and still going into OT today (3 min).
  • Great mumble chatter along the way, until we got gassed towards the end.
  • Point taken by YHC from @dba suggestion. When going off the reservation, the Q will mention that so PAX can haul their water with them. Hydrate or Die!
  • We had a nice coffeeteria afterward at the new DD. @apnea, @needles and YHC enjoyed some chat and coffee.
