Team Sneaky Pete’s back at it putting in work this glorious Wednesday morning.  No-See-Um, Apnea and Vanellope posting to another mini-Beatdown and putting in some hard work.

 

First a little jog around block for warm-up while doing sets of 10 Burpees and 30 Leg Raises.  Once the group was feeling nice and warm (after two laps) we just went to stop sign and back.  10 full sets in for the Sneaky Pete’s so at this point we had:

 

100 Burpees

300 Leg Raises

 

Still some time left on the clock and some gas left in the tank so another 5 sets of 10 Burpees/20 Leg Raises for another:

50 Burpees

100 Leg Raises

 

Total on the day…….in 45 minutes!!!

 

150 Burpees

400 Leg Raises

 

*Ole Sneaky Pete’s here are thinking it may be about time not to necessarily invite Team Weenies to a mini-BD of ours but maybe have a little Sharks vs. Jets action (Westside Story…look it up if you don’t know) ………and meet in the streets!  Have a little face off to see if they can keep pace and match intensity, reps, form, etc.
