Morning Call

This is becoming YHC’s go-to exercise. All but one PAX got into push-up position and held the up position while one PAX performed 10 pull-ups. Every time the PAX performed the pull-up, he would call up and all other PAX performed a merkin. After 10 pull-ups, he joined the PAX and the next got up and called out his 10 pull-ups. The cycle continued until all performed 10 pull-ups. No one left the push-up position unless it was their turn to do pull-ups or until all pull-ups were completed. We did one round. In total, each PAX performed 10 Pull-ups and 30 Merkins.

YHC decided to use the lake path in today’s beatdown

Starting at the lake gate by the pavilion, originally planned a bear crawl to the dock but YHC underestimated the distance. After getting about half way to the dock, switched to walking lunges, finishing up at the next gate.

Slosey to the dock for 50 Dips and 25 Irkins

Indian run around the lake starting at the dock and going to the next gate for 25 Irkins, 25 Derkins, and 25 Gas Pumps. Al Gore until the six was in.

Indian run to the next gate where all PAX did 50 LBCs, 40 Dips, 30 Lunges Total, 20 Merkins, 10 Peter Parkers (per leg)

Indian run to the bridge

Slosey/Walk about halfway across the bridge and then bear crawl, walking lunge, or duck walk to the other side.

On the other side of the bridge all PAX did 50 LBCs

Indian Run with the last PAX in line performing 10 Merkins and then sprinting to the front.

We completed one full cycle and then stopped to perform 10 Lunges/10 Burps/10 Merkins

Mosey back to the Field of Pain. Burpees until the six was in. Slosey/Mosey back to the courts at about 1 minute into overtime.
