5 Pax slayed the fartsacking dragon this morning, can’t say the same for the others. YHC showed up with a pep in his step this morning ready to lead the Pax through a good ole fashion beatdown. The clock struck 5:30 and we were off.

Mosey to Sunlake round a bout

  • Lunges around the round a bout/every line 5 squats
  • Bear Crawl around round a bout/every line 5 Merkins

Mosey to Sunlake

  • Squats X25

Mosey north on Sunlake to Stop Sign

  • Heading back south down Sunlake alternating the following exercises at each light pole: (15 total light poles)
  • 20 Squats
  • 15 Jump Squats
  • 10 Split Jacks

Mosey to Sunlake round a bout

  • Crab Walk around with 5 Crab Cakes at each line
  • Alternating Monkey Humpers X10

Mosey to Dead end round a bout

  • Bruce Lee- In between each set sprint around the round a bout

Mosey to BB courts

  • With 45 seconds left we finished it off with AMRAP burpees
