In the morning gloom 6 PAX assembled for YHC’s last Q before college.
We started with SSH×25 IC, BAC×10(both ways) and MC×20
The PAX moseyed to the roundabout where 21’s were done. With a punishment of 5 and 10 burpees for the failed rounds. YHC messed up with the counting by starting the sixth rep of SSH.
A quick rest and mosey led to the new exercise Frogger, named by Grouper, of 5 burpees in the middle of the crosswalk. A short mosey and 5 more burpees later the PAX was given the first half of the main beatdown.
6 burpees, mosey to the next street light, 7 burpees, mosey… until a set of 10 burpees and the mosey following was done.
The second half of the main beat down was much less burpee intensive, but just as long.
10 merkins, 20 squats, 30 LBC’s and 10 lunges then mosey to the next streetlight. Repeated four times, after which the PAX got their long awaited rest mosey.
The mosey stopped at the roundabout, with the PAX enjoying a 2 minute plank together. But it wasn’t just 2 minutes of planking, after 1:15, the plank went lower for the last 45 seconds.
After a quick 15 count, the PAX was off to the playground for a repeating of 5-2 pullups with alternating Merkins and BBS with a partner.
It was finally time to go back to the courts where the last minute was spent in a low plank.
It was wished that we all do our best to recruit and bring guys into the fold, and to bring those who hadn’t been out in a while back.
