This Tuesday morning started out by walking into a heat wave of humidity as soon as the door was open to leave for the beatdown. A muggy sweat fest is what awaited the pax this A.M. 5 Pax showed to get better and really push there endurance. YHC had a lot of Mosey on the menu.

 

Warm Up:

  • SSH X20 IC
  • Windmill X10 IC
  • Overhead Claps X10 IC
  • Air Presses X10 IC
  • Frankensteins X10 IC

 

Get to Work:

-Burpee Mile

  • 10 Burpees were done on the BB courts followed by a 1/4 Mile Mosey around the dog/tennis courts (X4)
  • *No-see-um really pushed the pace on the last lap of the mile not knowing what YHC had planned next

-Merkin Mile

  • 20 Merkins were done on the BB courts followed by a 1/4 Mile Mosey around the dog/tennis courts (X4)
  • *Grouper took charge and kept the pace strong

-Squat Mile

  • 20 Squats were done on the BB courts followed by a 1/4 Mile Mosey around the dog/tennis courts (X3)
  • *For time sake we skipped the last lap, finished the third 1/4 Mile Mosey with a Indian Run to finish as a whole

-Pull Up Mile (Not quite a mile due to time but that was the plan)

  • 10 Pull Ups and about a 100 yd mosey (X4)
  • *Good job DBA and Apnea cranking out them Pull Ups

 

Mosey on back to the BB courts for:

  • Plank :30 Seconds
  • Right Arm Plank :30 Seconds
  • Left Arm Plank :30 Seconds
  • Elbow Plank :30 Seconds
  • Superman X10 IC

Finished.  Little over 5K of Mosey
