On the first day 5 set of the MOVEmber 2019 Challenge, plenty of mosey, pullups, burpees, and dying cockroaches were expected to be delivered. All veterans were present as YHC hurried in with seconds to spare, quick disclaimer was given, and we were off. Mosey to the main roundabout for the following

Mosey to the playground for the The Thang
All but one PAX got into push-up position and held the up position while one PAX performed 5 pull-ups. Every time the PAX performed the pull-up, he would call up and all other PAX performed a merkin. After 5 pull-ups, he joined the PAX and the next got up and called out his 5 pull-ups. The cycle continued until all performed 5 pull-ups. No one left the push-up position unless it was their turn to do pull-ups or until all pull-ups were completed. We did two cycles.

All PAX paired up. We split up one pair of teammates but pairing Flat Tire with Endo and Grouper and DBA with YHC. One partner ran from the path to the pull up bar and did 5 pull ups while the other partner(s) did 5 Burpees then held Chillcutt (elbow plank) or high plank while waiting for their partner to return to tell them to go and do their pull ups. By the time each partner came back, PAX #2 was just finishing up burpees. We repeated this for 3 full cycles.

Mosey west on LLR Blvd, 5 Burpees at corner of Weather Vane Ln (WVL)
South on WVL to corner of Fox Grape Loop, 5 Burpees
Right onto FGL, 5 Burpees at corner of Pampass Grass Ln (PGL)
South on FGL then 5 Burpees at corner of Muhly Grass Ln (MGL)
South on FGL for 5 Burpees before turning north on FGL
North on FGL for 5 Burpees at corner of MGL
YHC screwed up his own plan by turning left here instead of continuing on FGL
West on MGL for 5 Burpees at corner of FGL
North on FGL for 5 Burpees at corner of WVL
North on WVL for 5 Burpees at corner of LLR Blvd
East on LLR and back to playground for 5 more Burpees

PAX Pull-up Choice
All PAX got to pick their favorite pull-up type for 5 reps followed by one part of a Bruce Lee Set
YHC audibled after Flutter Kicks so that we get more dying cockroaches in. This was partially requested by the rest of the PAX.
Flat Tire: 5 Standard Pull-ups then 20 Flutter Kicks
Grouper: 5 Standard Pull-ups Pull-ups then 20 Dying Cockroaches
Endo: 5 Chin-Ups then 20 Dying Cockroaches
DBA: 5 Standard Pull-ups then 20 Dying Cockroaches
YHC: 5 Pull-ups with one hand reverse and one hand forward grip then 20 Dying Cockroaches

5 Reps of Burp-Ups followed by one set of 20 dying cockroaches followed up by 5 more Burp-Ups. Burp-up is a Burpee and jump straight into a pull-up
