Take a quick sip of water and time for some Burpees:
Starting at the line in front of the club house,
– Broad Jump Burpees to the next Light Pole.
– Wait until all PAX made it and Sprint back to the starting line.
Quick 10 seconds break and repeated this for 3 times.
