4 HIMs ready to take the sweat feast and eagerly waited for Flat Tire to show up to lead as no one has taken Q for the day.
5:30 and no sign him. So we started to make a group Q but turn to be full Q. It appears that after leading the team so many time, everyone are ready to take the Q and plan on the fly.

Mosey to the Roundabout towards the dead end for second set of “Burpee Lap”.

PAX noticed that the lap around this roundabout is shorter than the one towards Sun Lake.
Mosey back to the Basket Ball Court for second set of “2 – 3 – 5” and “5 – 10 -15”
Quick water break and ready for the third set.

As we were running out of time, YHC had to modify the workouts to fit in remaining time.
Starting at the base line of the Basket Ball Court
1 Burpee —>>> Walking Lunges to the other side and sprint back to the base line
2 Burpees —>>> Walking Lunges to the other side and sprint back to the base line
3, 4 and repeat until 5 Burpees
Third set of “2 – 3 – 5” and “5 – 10 -15” but no mosey.
