First beatdown of the new Year and new Decade!!!
Cool morning and PAX were ready to get rid of the junk consumed in 2019. Glory Flag has been planted and we are on the move. YHC had planned to be on the move along with the exercises so that PAX will feel warmer.
Mosey to the Sun Lake Blvd wih quick stop at the round about for warm up – 20 IC
– SSH
– Frankenstein
– Mountain Climber
– Air Presses

Southbound Mosey at the Sun Lake Blvd.
Start with 5 Burpees (LP0)
– Stop at every light pole for 10 Poles to do 10 Merkins and 10 Squats.
End with 5 Burpees (LP11)
Indian run and mosey to the Hill of Pain. 20 Monkey Humpers on the way.
At the Hill of Pain – did 3 sets of following
10 Step ups
10 Dips
10 Box Jump
Bear Crawl to the Top and walk back
Mosey to the Sun Lake Blvd and Indian Run to the Next Cross street.
Wait for the sixes with Monkey Humpers and Continue Mosey Northbound.
Start with 5 Burpees (LP0)
– Stop at every light pole for 10 Poles to do 10 Merkins and 10 Squats.
End with 5 Burpees (LP11)
Continue Mosey back to the parking lot next to the Basket Ball Court with a stop for 1 set of Bruce Lee.
At the parking lot sprint between light pole and double white line in-front of the club house.
4 sprints with the recovery time of 10 counts in between.
6:15 and we are done!!!
