Perfect weather conditions in the upper 60s with a slight breeze for 3 PAX that posted for the Friday Ruck/Run.  No warmup needed, time to ruck up and get moving.

We made an impromptu stop at @haka house on the way back to the courts and performed the COT early as we prayed for his 2.0 and his family.
