YHC’s feet were still black and blue from the 26 mile GoRuck Star course this past weekend so a #nomosey beatdown was the best choice. However, there were ulterior motives with trying to entice @flat tire who has admitted he hates mosey and struggles with slaying his dragons. The #nomosey did not entice, the struggle must be real.

Warmup:

SSH, Crab Humpers, X- Cross Situp, Hand Release Merkin, Mtn Climber

The Thang:

2 pax in each corner of the bball court, Always facing the clubhouse, perform a bear crawl/crawl bear/sideways bear crawl around. When back to start perform the burpee sequence around the court: burpee with side jump, burpee with back jump, broad jump burpee.

Rinse and repeat 1 more time.

At the court perform the following EMOM for 5 minutes:

5 Burpee

10 Merkins

15 Squats

1 minute rest, repeat 5 more minutes.

Slow stroll over to the Dock:

Perform 3 rounds of the following:

5 Burpee

20 X-Cross Situp

20 Dips

20 Derkins

20 Step Ups

Slow stroll back to the courts

Just enough time to finish everyone off with a set of Mucho Chesto.
