SSH – 44 IC
Mosey to the Roundabout towards Sun Lake. Along the way we warmed up with –
Baby Arm Circle – 10 IC
Merkins – 10 IC
 
Around the Round about –
1 Burpee per line, Walking Frankenstein to Next line and 2 Burpees. Go up to 7 Burpees
 
Mosey to the Playground –
Imperial Walker – 15 IC
Wind Mills – 10 IC
 
Separated boys to two groups for Burpees and Pull ups.
1 group does 7 Burpees when Other group does 5 Pull ups – Switch and continue until 6,5,3,2,1 Burpees
 
Mosey to the Pavilion for one set of Bruce Lee – OYO
 
Next in the Field of Pain –
Circle up for Monkey Burpees. When all PAX are doing Monkey Humpers one PAX gets to the middle and does 4 Burpees. We experienced slowest Monkey Humpers we have ever done 🙂
 
Line up for Broad Jump Burpees – First PAX does 16 Broad Jump Burpees followed by second PAX in the line. If any PAX jumps further, other PAX have to get there by doing Walking Lunges.
 
 
4 Burpee Corners – Do 4 Burpees at each corner of Field of Pain and Mosey around.
 
 
To the BB Court for quick Hydration break.

One set of Bruce Lee – OYO
 
Time for some Sprints – Lined up in front of the club house and Sprint to the First Light Pole. Mosey back for 2 Burpees
Repeated Sprints for 5 times but no Burpees.
 
 
Back to BB Court for YHC’s favorites:
Big Boy SitUps – 44 OYO
Split Jacks – 44 Easy way OYO
Plank for 30 seconds
 
And we are done for the day (except for NoSeeUm who still wanted to practice for next Batman movie)
