THE THANG

QIC wrote five exercises on the board to be perform TABATA style, 20 second work with 10 seconds rest, then run a full lap around the dog park and tennis courts. QIC planned for eight rounds of this torture, but time constraints forced him to modify to six rounds to make sure to get in some Julio’s at the end.

After six complete rounds we moved to Julio’s or 11’s (Since F3 Lutz is deep in Buccaneers country, Julio’s are named for Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones). We started with ten burpees on one end of the court and one curl at the other end.
