QIC: Hitchhiker

PAX: Apnea, Dillio, Grouper, Big Papi, & Chowdah

Six pax enjoyed a beautiful Lutz morning and the wet fields of The District. The three F’s and five principles were reviewed and off we went.

Warm up:

A mosey down to the field side entrance parking lot where the following were performed in cadence:

  • SSH
  • Frakensteins
  • Weed Pickers
  • Baby Arm Circles
  • Tempo Squat

Followed by a mosey back to the starting point.

Main Event:

The pax counted off into groups of two. Each group alternated moseying down to the sidewalk split, doing five burpees and moseying back while the other group performed an exercise. Each group got the following ten rounds done just in time:

  1. Merkins
  2. Flutter Kicks
  3. Squats
  4. LBCs
  5. Wide Merkins
  6. Ski Lunges
  7. Freddie Mercuries
  8. Reverse Lunges
  9. Rotational Merkins
  10. Leg Raises
