Shamrock Climbers – 1 arm Mountain Climbers x 10 each arm

Irish Jig – High Knees x 20 sec

Spiderman across Bball court

Hamstring Stretch across the Bball court

Quad stretch across the Bball court

Sumo squats across the Bball court

Mosey to Lake Trail –

Run around the Lake – stopped 4 times to do 12 Leaping Leprechauns

@Frisbee made it 12 feet before he was vomiting. He sure is talented, he can run and vomit at the same time.

Back to Bball courts:

I wanted to set the St. Patty’s mood so we did the stations with a little Irish music.

Stations: 1 min ON 20 sec OFF (did the circuit 2 times)

Run around the Lake – stopped half way and at the end to complete 1 set of Bruce Lee’s
