Nice brisk Sat morning w/ 12 PAX read to start their Sat morning (and weekend) off right!!
Quick disclaimer and 5 Core Principles, then straight to work with a lot of ground to cover (and ‘A lot of fun’).
Mosey to round about
SSH IC x 15
Frankenstein IC x 15
Baby Arm Circles IC x 10 (+reverse)
Merkins IC x 10
Mountain Climbers IC x 15
Plank Jacks IC x 15
Mosey to Sunlake – starting at 1st light post complete the following exercises at each light post (one exercise per light post rotating):
10 split Jacks (total)
20 monkey humpers
25 leg raises
(All PAX finishing should go back and help a fellow PAX finish)
(Sets total = 20 light posts and 4 rounds)
Mosey to the Hill of Hell (HOH)
20 step ups (total)
Beat crawl to top and crawl bear down in between sets
At this time, all PAX had the option to take a nice quick water break before heading back toward LLR (or so we thought).
The one caveat, which the PAX didn’t know, was that there was an exercise written on the bottom of each of the six water bottles.
For all water bottles picked up, the PAX would all have to complete the following exercises:
20 step ups (hard way)
20 lunges (hard way)
Indian Run back toward LLR (keep line tight)
Stop midway through and complete one set of Mucho Chesto.
Continue Indian run back to courts, keeping PAX together and circling back as necessary
Finish off beatdown with one minute of burpees (15 or so).
